We are so excited to be hosting the 9th annual Salt Lake Valley Classic this year!! We have prided ourselves on running a smoothly run and very professional competition for the last nine years! We love working with all of the amazing coaches and teams and we are always inspired by your creativity, professionalism and your true love for dance and for drill team. We provide a competition where each team is treated with respect as well as each team has a fair line up. Our goal is for each team to have a positive experience and to get feed back from the best judges in the state. We are here to serve you and make it a wonderful experience for your team!
We are so excited to be using the beautiful facility of Juan Diego High School. Each team will have a chance to practice in the auxiliary gym before each performance.
Here is some more information that will be helpful in preparing for the competition....
1. Team lunches. When you register online there is a space provided to order the number of lunches that you will need for your team. Each lunch is $10.00 per girl. Please include the lunch money with your registration check. Coaches meals are complimentary. Please let us know how many coaches you have that will be attending.
No outside food will be allowed in the building!
We always pride ourselves on providing high quality food! That all of the girls and coaches like! Please let us know if any of your girls have food allergies!
2. The team competition on December 10th will begin at 8:30 and will end at approx. 5:00 p.m. As we get closer to the competition we may have some changes. We will keep you updated:). We will open doors to the public at 7:30 a.m.
We will hold solos on December 9th in the Juan Diego auditorium! Solos will run from 6-9 p.m. that evening. Soloists can begin check in at 4:30. We will open doors to the public at 5:00.
3. We will open the doors for teams to arrive at 6:30 a.m. Each team will be assigned a room to accommodate their team. The room must remain clean and be checked off by a janitor after the event. You will have a check out form in your coaches packet when you arrive.
4. We will hold a coaches meeting at 7:30 a.m. More details to follow:).
5. The top two teams will receive an hour on the State Floor
6. Registration will open September 1st 2016
